To the Perfectionist Authors...

A brief announcement: Beyond the Margins will now release new editions on the 14th and 28th of every month. Keep an eye out in your inbox during those times in the month 🚀.

Hi Authors,

We’re nearing the end of the year, so to help you get to the final stretch, we’ve compiled a few articles from the archives that show how to get through that slog.

To help you finish the kinds of things you dread doing and put off for weeks, the kinds of things that make you want to open up your phone and do anything but that, the stuff that nearly draws a cold because of how daunting it is.

Without further ado, here are a few things to get you through those tough moments:

This Month's Zoom Power Hours

Our free monthly Zoom Power Hours are designed for you to make more money as an author and create/refine your author business model.

Each call is one hour and combines a little bit of author business education with a lot of community support and brainstorming, personalized to your questions and challenges.

  • October (tomorrow, Thu, Oct 15): Author Business Bingo
Win one of four $25 gift cards. We'll be playing Author Business Bingo and evaluating and enhancing your author business practices to finish the year strong.

Do you know a theater company, university theater department, improv organization, acting or voice coach, or another group that might welcome copies? If so, please reach out to me at kristoffer@everythinggoesmedia.com. Dick is giving the books away in full case multiples (22 to a case) while supplies last.

Similarly, client Lou Ignarro, author of Dr. NO: The Discovery That Led to A Nobel Prize and Viagra, is looking to donate copies of his book to clinics, urology centers, men's health, STEM programs, conferences, and organizations celebrating Italian heritage.

If you know of any group that might be interested in receiving copies by the caseload (multiples of 20 while supplies last), please reach out to me at kristoffer@everythinggoesmedia.com.
